Email support

For Parent Report purchases, download links, billing questions, or technical issues, email help@ukschoolcompass.co.uk. We aim to respond within two working days.

Parent Report help

  • After purchase — your PDF is generated automatically. Check your email for the download link or return to the school profile purchase section.
  • Already purchased — if you bought a report for a school, the profile page shows a download button instead of checkout.
  • Link expired — email help@ukschoolcompass.co.uk with your school name and purchase email for a fresh link.

Data corrections

School Compass displays publicly available records from GIAS, Ofsted, and DfE sources. To correct official school data, use the Get Information about Schools publication process.
