No guarantee of accuracy
We aim to reflect official GIAS records accurately after each refresh, but we do not guarantee completeness, correctness, or timeliness. Data may lag behind official publications.
Verify with official sources
Before making decisions that affect children, families, or organisations, verify critical details with official sources including GIAS, local authorities, and schools directly.
Acceptable use
Do not use automated access that degrades service availability for others. Data remains subject to the licence terms of the underlying open government datasets.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on directory content. Your use of the site is at your own risk.
Digital reports, delivery, and payment issues
School Compass reports are digitally generated products delivered as PDF downloads after payment. If a report fails to generate, cannot be downloaded, appears duplicated, or there is another payment problem, contact help@ukschoolcompass.co.uk. We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include regenerating your report or issuing a refund where appropriate.
